Thank you for enrolling into our Connect the World Program! To confirm your enrollment for the 2024-25 school year, please complete this form to the best of your ability.
Please note that this form is an OFFICIAL enrollment form, and submitting a form indicates that you will be receiving a charge for payment when classes begin.

Student Registration

Tuition Rates

Each class is 4 sessions per month

1 CLASS (Ex: Japanese only) = $125 / month

2 CLASSES (Ex: Japanese AND Art) = $230 / month 

3 CLASSES (Ex: Japanese, Art, AND Dance) = $300 / month 

  • Tuition is per student (2 students enrolled in 1 class = $250 / month)

Our program's main form of communication is through E-mail. Please put which e-mail you would like to receive updates
All payments are paid each month through Paypal Invoice, e-mailed from San Diego Yokohama Sister City Society. You are able to choose form of payment through the Invoice

EDUCATION CONSENT FORM

PAYMENT POLICY

To maintain the quality and consistency of our services, the following payment policy is in effect:

Tuition Payments

  • Tuition for the Connect the World After School Program is due in full within one week of the issuance of the monthly invoice.
  • Timely payment ensures uninterrupted participation in the program.

Consequences of Late Payment

  • In the event that tuition is not paid within the specified one-week period, the student will be temporarily suspended from the program.
  • Reinstatement to the program is contingent upon full payment of overdue tuition.

Withdrawal

  • Monthly invoices will be automatically sent to you every month unless you have notified your withdrawal from the Program to our Program Director in writing at least 1 week prior to the invoice being sent.
  • Notices that are not written will not be honored.

 

We appreciate your prompt attention to tuition payments to help us continue providing a supportive and enriching environment for all students.
