Cynthia Le

Hello! I’m Cynthia Le, and I am the Program Director for the Connect the World After School Enrichment Program. This work is close to my heart as I believe every child deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are. I have been honored with leading Connect the World’s growth and dedication to our communities since 2021.

Our program is built on a foundation of culture, peace, and care for our families. I want every child who joins our program to not only grow and learn, but to also enjoy themselves. Whether they’re exploring their interests, connecting with friends, or learning a new language, I believe a safe and fun environment is a key part to development. I’m passionate about creating an After School Program where children not only grow academically, but also feel empowered to express themselves and build strong, positive relationships while learning about the world around them. I want every child who joins us to know they are valued and that their voice matters.

With a background in Elementary Teaching, I’ve spent over 8 years working with students and their families in various communities, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful a nurturing and culturally responsive space can be. It’s my mission to make sure that every child in our program feels seen, supported, and inspired to be their best selves — every single day at Connect the World.
