I have 3 years teacher experience in the Japanese public elementary school where I taught second and third grade. I am currently teaching at the Minato Gakuen School in San Diego where I am responsible for creating lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations for the instruction of Math, Social Studies, and Japanese language for fifth and seventh grades. I recently worked in the public child care and family support center in Okinawa,
Japan, which opened for the first time in the village of Matsuda. For the opening, I helped with the preparation and management of the new facilities and class room. I have confidence in my communication skills in both English and Japanese and I love working with children and their supporting mothers.
